Lital Marom Shaping the Future of Work post COVID-19
As both COVID-19 and technology advancement completely transformed our economy, the types of skills required of employees have changed drastically and will continue to do so.
What is it that allows some to adapt, re-think and disrupt, whilst others are left behind? How can we prepare for a new world of work amidst constant change and unprecedented technological upheaval? In this talk Lital Marom reveals how to adapt and think about upskilling and re-skilling the workforce. Digital transformation is a major component of business strategy today and focusing on employee learning and skills is key.
