PFAS is one of the hottest topics in the environmental remediation and abatement world, sometimes also known as “forever chemicals”. Delve into the world of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), a group of chemicals used in the creation of coatings and products that are commonly used for their resistance to heat, oil, stains, grease, and water. Some PFAS chemicals are known to be toxic, some are now banned in Canada and industry, governments need to be aware of the liabilities and potential remediation.
