Climate Action and Energy Innovation Division

The Climate Action and Energy Innovation Division (CAEID) is part of Manitoba’s Department of Environment and Climate Change. Its primary role is to advance climate action and energy innovation across the province, supporting initiatives that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, foster low-carbon technologies, and enhance community resilience to climate impacts. The division works closely with businesses, communities, non-profits, and Indigenous organizations to implement projects aligned with Manitoba’s climate goals.
