Overview of content: Launching a new product or service is daunting; there are many unknowns and risks that can derail a new market launch. This is especially true for small teams, who need to juggle multiple priorities and skillsets with limited time and resources. This course will offer a set of tools and strategies that smaller businesses can use, helping them to de-risk the launch of a new solution while providing tools to scale quickly and effectively.

  1. In Person – Planning for Success: how to plan a successful vision for your company’s future and create a feasible strategy to achieve those goals.

  2. Online – Crossing the Chasm: identifying challenges and opportunities in moving from early adopter customer segments, to an early majority segment.

  3. Online Client Targeting and Positioning: how to shift your sales strategy to a more targeted approach, by identifying a scalable customer profile.

  4. Online – Getting to Market: how to create an actionable go-to-market strategy that will allow you to compete and scale in a large marketplace.

  5. In Person – Building your Reputation: how to undertake market validation, and craft a compelling case study.
